Patella Stabilisation surgery.

Hi 15 days ago I had surgery to my left knee. I had what they call patella stabilisation surgery. Has anyone else had this op done? Would like to hear from you all. I seem to be having my ups and downs. I have been told I have another 5 weeks in my brace. SO so frustrating. I feel like I'm going really well with my physio then when I go back to him I feel down again. I am not sure of this is normal or not. I seem to be getting very agitated with everyone as well. Would love to hear of this is common or not.
