help!!!!

Hi all
I was diagnosed with fibromialgia last year and struggle with a lot of pain I went back to the do tors presently as I developed severe pain in my hips elbows and wrists and one ankle it was a different pain than my fibro the doctor said it was just a flare up of my condition but I insisted it wasn't so in the end he sent me for an xray of my hips but not anything else the results showed I had early onset osteoarthritis I am waiting for an appointment with orthodix my questions are

Is the pain in my ankle wrists and elbows likely to be the same thing???

What happens when I go and see the specialist what will he do\ say\ give me does anyone know ???

I'm a little nervous but happy that it will finally be sorted out as the pain is unbearable especially at night x
