New member with itching problem

I just joined after searching for some answers to an annoying problem regarding my osteo as it relates to itching. I am a 71-year old (young) female. It is limited to my hands specifically the right more than the left and the thumb, wrist and going down into my pointer finger. Does anyone experience this? I've had cortisone injections that helped with the pain and the trigger ring finger. I've also tried over the counter skin calming lotions. Helps a little for a short time. I would appreciate any suggestions and/or avenues to explore.
