Trigger Finger

Hi, ran across this site searching for answer to question relative the subject. I had trigger finger surgery June 17, 2014. A finger on each hand. I am looking at a potential cause-n-effect. After surgery, my right shoulder...in the front deltoid region, aches and seems to radiate discomfort down my arm....usually in bed. Moreover, I have limited movement...cannot raise arm very high...cannot do pullups...this is very weird. Now it could be a coincidence, but? My left arm is fine.

So the question for this forum is, has anyone heard of this type of effect from TF surgery? I believe I read that sometimes nerves can be damaged.
