TKR alternatives?

Has anyone explored total knee replacement alternatives? I have been researching other possibilities like Bionknee, Arthursurface, and others. The gold standard seems to be TKR but I would love to hear from other folks who feel otherwise.

At one time I had knee pain. Wearing a knee brace seem to help. I went to an alkalizing diet of raw fruits and vegetables and my knee pain went away. The body can repair the knee if you give it what it needs. Joints are destroyed by the acidic foods we eat. When we alkalize the blood we can repair the knee and any other area of the body. The blood needs alkalinity to be healthy. This will not happen overnight. You spent many years destroying the knee and it will take time to get it healthy again. How fast it happens depends on how well you follow the diet. Juicing can be helpful in getting the vitamins and minerals in your body faster. Try an alkalizing diet for a month and that could be the answer.
