well, it has been years but my knee is very bad so I have to get another cortisone shot...probably pay $70 for it but why not. can hardly walk now.

well guess I am talking to myself here but there has been some improvement in my knee. once it took about three months for a shot in my ankle to pull me through so I know they are not magical
