Yes. If I eat gluten grains, I get migraines (among other things). I don't have Celiac Disease, but was diagnosed with non-Celiac Gluten Sensitivity based on high blood anti-gliadin IgG, abnormal stool studies via EnteroLab.com (I have no financial connection with this company), and positive response to elimination diet (with return of migraines with exposure to gluten).
Take care,

thank you razzle..
Just one more question for you.. Did you find out all of your other sensitivities through the Allergy/enviromental testing or through blood work? Do you have to have your Primary refer you for this??

Actually, most of my allergies were discovered before I ever had any testing done, based on symptoms. The Sensitivities were partially discovered by trial and error, and partially by testing. There are a number of different ways to get tested, but the blood tests (IgE and IgG) are the simplest and least subjective. Yes, I had to get a referral to see an Allergist because my insurance requires it. Take care,
