Nut allergies are very common...
Read all your food labels very carefully as you'd be
surprised by all the things that have nuts.
Plus lotions to perfumes can have almond/ peanut extracts, so start to read labels to
avoid any reactions....
Good luck and well wishes to you...
Nice to meet you.
Soft Hugz....

There's a great book titled " The Peanut Allergy Answer Book", not sure if that would help. Our 6 year old has severe peanut allergy and we have to read EVERYTHING! We carry epi-pens everywhere also. Find a good allergist, it makes a big difference.
