Right side pressure/congestion, allergies or deviated septum?

hey everybody about 4 weeks ago i got this pressure in the back of my right head, my throat has been itchy on and off, right nostril is blocked, and sinus pressure in the rite side of my head, it seems to have come on rite as summer started and i do have bad allergies but never like this, i had surgery for a deviated septum last year.

so my question is can my septum have deviated again, or can you get sinus infections on one side of your head, cuz my left is fine, or could allergies be doing this as well?

Allergies or infection can do this, can't speak to the deviated septum issue (I thought once it was surgically corrected, it stayed in place unless there has been an injury to your nose that could have pushed it out of place again...). Have you tried any allergy meds (claritin, zyrtec, benadryl, etc.)?

Might be worth a call to your ENT or Allergist...

I agree that it can be from allergies. Allergies can do some wacky things to you and yes it can affect only one side of your head. Also I can not comment about the deviated septum since I don't much about it. When in doubt always call your doc.

ya i am on allegra and nasal spray, but it doesnt seem to b doing much, but ive only been taking consistently for about 2 weeks so it mite take a while to come into effect, my mom works at allergist so im going to make an appt. which prob means ct scan... i just want this pressure to get out of my head

Oh no doubt! I bet it must feel horrible! Good luck and I hope you find the cause of it.
