Hey

Im looking for a little advice, I have had what i first thought was a spot under my left eye now for about 2 months. It is quite long and my GP says it is thickened and it doesnt seem to budge.

I have been referred to a dermo but it is going to be a couple months until i can see them. I have tried creams but am told its not infected so antibiotics wont work, its very red, thick and quite long (about 1 inch) and very annoying, any advice would be great, Thanks

Sorry, but you didn't mention if you'd been to an eye doctor.
I would say get to your eye doctor as soon as possible.
Try warm compressess though out the day...wrap a very warm wash cloth around a wood spoon
as the wooden spoon will retain the warmth...

i would say its probably to low to consider going to an eye doctor, as it doesnt really affect my eyes. I have tried warm clothe numerous times however it just keeps coming back. It seems to me like there is something under the skins which needs to go somehow, any ideas on how to calm the redness?

If you can get Aloe directly from an aloe plant that might help, maybe something with aloe in it
as what is used to help sunburn...(Green gel, do not use stuff that has caine in it or lotion)
That would be my only suggestion for now...
Sure hope you can get into the dermatologist soon...

An eye doctor might be able to give further input on this situation for you as to what direction to go..
just a thought..Hope your doing better...
