Treating mold allergy - how?

I have been tested for allergies, mold being among them. I got a lot of false negatives, probably from my medications. But she prescibed me allergy meds anyway. I found the best combination that works for me is Singular, Zrytec, and saline nasal spray. I don't have as severe allergies as you though it seems. Have you ever tried allergy shots yet.

Naturopathic Physicians sometimes use oral drops in lieu of allergy shots to desensitize the immune system - perhaps that would be helpful in your case?

Also, you may have mold growing in your sinuses, which would need to be cleared out. I have mold allergies. My bathroom kept growning mold despite me washing the walls down with bleach (which would set of my asthma). I finally bought some special anti-mold paint and repainted the bathroom. No signs of mold for several months :)

I am allergic to mold, among other things. I take the allergy shots and they completely eliminate my symptoms. No sneezing or coughing, no watery eyes or drippy nose, no hives or itching, no pills.

I get my shots weekly in summer, bi-weekly or monthly in winter when I have fewer allergens around. That's after the initial building up phase when starting the shots, of course. When I started, I had to have the shots diluted a lot because I reacted to them right at first. That's not too unusual. I was not able to build up tolerance to the shots as far as many people, but they work perfectly for me! I also have to get them in my butt because of unusual sensitivity to pain in my arms.

Good point Alcie, they are not synthetic. I was generally responding to some of the Zyrtecs and other comments, not the shots. I used to do allergy shots as a child but never did follow through with them I guess. Is that something one has to do annually for upkeep? I hate needles but it is the best way to get things in.

I have been all over the pharma spectrum for mine and didn't want to do the same for my child. This is when I ran into this drink with a wide spectrum of ingredients that happened to alleviate our sinus problems which in turn keeps our chests clean of congestion. Sickness has now been so few and far between.

I believe the quercetin, grape seed extract and high vitamin C have documented evidence regarding allergy relief, especially combined. Coffeeberry (most of all) and other ingredients also supply a tremendous amount of antioxidants significantly reducing inflammation. If the drink is not for you I would target the three aforementioned products for allergy relief from high quality sources.

I posted the webmd link to show even the government has raised the minimum requirements for these food groups and listed common life threatening diseases (allergies should be in there, its just not worthy in context). My hope was to demonstrate the correlation between recent professional recommendations on nutrition vs common diseases and practical application (my family and friends) which apparently failed miserably. They did indicate flash frozen can be as good as local grown though and that's what is used here. Thank you for the feedback!

I wouldn't knock it until you've tried it. I'm about 15 for 15 here in Texas helping folks alleviate the nasal congestion and drip with this drink.

I apologize for supplying the link and will go back and read the website policy. I guess there are other ways to get that done but I sure think its terrible someone might have to suffer longer because of a over arching policy.
