I had a lot of allergies and one was dust which caused a runny nose. Then, I had the bright idea to put our furnace blower on a timer to help circulate the heat from our wood stove ( we heated with wood). Shortly thereafter, I started getting hives. They went away when we stopped using the furnace blower. I have also got them from foods and think they often are from something getting inside you. (Breathed in the dust with the blower on). I'm a believer in NAET and they can easily determine causes of hives, allergies, etc. without skin tests.
