Hi Sherry,
Thank you for your post. I am going to an allergist soon and am going to ask to start allergy shots cause I can't take this anymore. UGH.
I don't have acid reflux and I think I need to drink more water. I do have dairy but just yogurt and a bit of cream in my coffee. Otherwise I avoid milk. Oh and I do like cheese. I was thinking of trying the Candida diet. I am going to see what it involves.
I'm going to bring a hepa filter machine to work and see if it helps with the dust. I have one in my bedroom that really helps. I just finished cleaning the bedroom completely, dusting with a damp cloth, washing all the sheets and covering mattress's and pillows with plastic zippered cases.
I used to get shots as a child and then I got them again in my early 20's. (I'm 35 now). I found they helped to reduce my cat allergy and plant allergies but didn't do anything for dustmites or feathers. Also showed I'm allergic to beef, corn, milk, rye and peanut. So I avoid those foods. Hopefully this time around it'll help with the dust allergy. Oh and it also got rid of my mold allergy.
I lost my cat 4 months ago due to heart failure. She was 16 and a half and I miss her greatly but I won't be getting another one. I don't want to risk bad allergy reaction. I thought I would get better once she was gone but I'm much worse :(
So that is why I suspect I might have a new grass allergy.
The worst part is the congestion/pain in my ears and bridge of my nose. The bridge of my nose doens't hurt right now but the pain in my ears is really bad. I"m taking Avelox antibiotic, it sure makes me out of it.
IT's weird because when I smell a scented product my head feels like it's in a vice and if I stay around that scent I get worse and quite dizzy and then I have an asthma attack. But its such a strange feeling in my head like pressure and numbness. I hate it.
eck, sorry long post! Thank you again for responding. :)

oh more more thing. When I use netipot or the neilmed bottle I find the liquid gets stuck in my ears. Is this normal?
Steaming seems to work better.
