Inflamed Lymph nodes in neck

I have had swollen lymph nodes in my neck and under my chin off and on in the last 3-4 weeks, which leads to breaking out on my chin and jaw line.  At first I thought it was an acne break out but noticed when i would squeeze them fluid would just come out.  I thought it was an allergic reation to a supplement i was taking but it has been 2 1/2 weeks since i have been off those and it still is happening,  Help!

I want to go to an allergist really bad but the initial visit is 300+ which does not include the test. But honestly I think its an infection in my lymph nodes, either way i have to suck it up and go to the dr, thanks!
