hi all,
Something strange has started happenning to me and I don´t know if it will pass or I need to take further action.
I live iin Mexico City (which is a very high-altitude city) where it is winter and just came back from holiday in a country where it is summer and at sea-level.
I have been in Mex City for over 2 years without any breathing difficulty before.
Before my holiday I had a flu or allergy (I am not sure what it was) that lasted 2-3 weeks then it disappeared in less than 2 days when I arrived on holiday.
When I arrived back in Mex City, the first night was ok but now, since 5 days ago, I have started wheezing in the evenings but I am perfectly fine during the day. So much so that I can go for a run during the day and have done several times.
In the evening I have trouble breathing and all sorts of noises come out of my throat when I breath (I think they call it wheezing like when you have asthma).
The other thing I should mention is that I have done little vigorous exercise for the past 6 months due to a knee injury but I have still walked a lot and was able to climb some hills of medium height without problem on holiday.
Does this sound like an allergy thing? Should I just wait some more days?
My worry is that if I go to the doctor during the day they won´t see/find anything as I am fine in those hours.
Thanks in advance.
