I went to a doctor in italytoday cause thats where i am living right now and he said this is varicella or chicken pox
but i have no fever or soar throat or cough all i have are like 50-60 of these itchy bumps ranging in size all over

my body but mostly on my feet any info can help

what is this?

It's Shingles. It's a form of adult chicken pox.

It does look like Shingles. Do they hurt?

yes sherry they arevery itchy and soar and are starting to crust over and turn slightly purple i found out last night my friends girlfriend has varicella so i might have contracted shingles from her

Stay away from others or you'll pass it on. Wait for them to dry up.

my son had them on his back and side a few weeks ago, the dr. g ave him an antibiotic and painkiller. my cousin also had them a few weeks earlier, and told us of a remedy to use also and it really did help! it is castor oil...believe it or not! i would put some on a cotton ball , apply it as needed, my son said it helped more than the meds did...hope this will help you...blessings...sandra

Hey evryone i was just wondering how long after thesse pics before its safe to return to work i work in a kitchen and my chef wont let m in the kitchen until im healed i neeeeeedddd to work i hate stayin in any info would help ty

Chicken pox will take about two weeks to dry up. I imagine it will take the same amount of time for shingles.

my son's lasted about 2 wks, but took a little longer to completely "dry-up'. also they might cause minor scarring, but please try to find the castor oil, it REALLY helped alot. Good Luck....Sandra

sorry,forgot to add..try to stay as cool as possible, the heat seems to make them hurt worse, when my son's shingles started itching they seemed to start getting better, hope you're getting better too...blessings..sandra
