Dark circles and asthma?

Hello forum! I've got light dark circles from around the time I got asthma, it was mild so I didn't take medication but as time went by I went to a doctor and got Formetrol/Budesonide inhaler. The dark circle still seems to persist and I am not having much luck with night's sleep.

Any tip to get a good night sleep and reduce the dark circles is much appreciated.

Do you live in an industrialized city? Chances are it's an atmospheric substance that you are allergic to. You need to see an allergist and be tested to find out what it is that is causing the dark circles.

Sometimes, emotional upset can trigger it, but if you're feeling well otherwise, I would suggest allergy testing.

Asthma medications can deplete minerals and key vitamins like C & D (not sure about B).  Have you tried supplementation (especially of minerals)?
