Increased inhaler for asthma, peak flow is low

Dear all
My doctor has increased my brown inhaler to 200 instead of 100 because that not working at all my peak flow is 280 but I think its all the stress at home that is not helping me at all. What can I do about the above? I am in a difficult situation advise would be helpful.

I am on salbutamol inhaler twice a day 2 puffs and also cenil modulite 200
mcg twice a day long standing family stress manipulation by was hubby
and from family members we have 4 dogs cus they were bought for the kids
when small but still have them I am also loosing weight which I get picked on
for which is my choice above don't like it.

I can never do anything right siblings two boys always fighting.My
sister says she doesn't want my family split but I cannot cope with
this situation I am in so what do I do?

Advise would be helpful to me .
