My asthma has started to get more severe, which means I am paying way more attention to my symptoms. I am looking for a way to keep track of everything, from my symptoms to my medications and anything else. It needs to be easy to use, on-the-go and really helpful.

Anyone have any suggestions?

Maybe start with a journal, and go from there. Hope your doing better soon.

I just use a 6" x 8" notebook, a page for each day. I've tried day calendars, but they don't leave enough room for Sunday.

I find it useful to put appointments at the top of the page, also notes from phone calls to doctors. If something is important I highlight it so I can find it again.

I write down the time of day, meds I take, what I eat and drink, reactions, pain levels, etc.

My journal has been useful for me to be able to tell my allergist what foods give me problems.

I just got a notebook at the dollar store and wrote in big letters at the top "FOOD AND BEVERAGE DIARY"

then when I'd eat or drink I'd put the date, time and list what it was

I found a small notebook I'd do that in, it was big enough to write in, but yet small enough for my purse. I picked up another one recently and I started a Medication, Allergy, Contact Info, Emergency Contact, Will, Power of Attorney, Living Will in it (I just hand wrote a copy of what I wanted) I labeled that "EMERGENCY INFORMATION & MEDICAL INFO"

Thanks everyone! I have been looking at a bunch of different options and I am kind of leaning towards an app on my phone. I know there are some good ones and some bad ones.

Has anyone used one before?
