I'm julia,
I need help. I have Asthma. I'm taking my fast acting inhaler about
5-10 times every hour or two but my wheezing, coughing and tight chest just get worse. I'm on a daily steroid medication. Do I need to see my doctor its never been this bad

Julia,
My allergies and asthma symptoms were much worse years ago when I was around pets or if I had dairy products. Mold and dust could be affecting you too.
Doctors told me that dairy products increase phlegm which make asthma symptoms worse and I've learned over the years that I'm sensitive to dairy products.
Good luck to you.

Yes, of course you need to call your doctor, at least I would. We can't diagnose because we're not doctors. But best wishes and keep in touch.
A couple of years ago I picked up a new allergy to grass. I get good results with my allergy shots and it was easy for my allergist to add that to my serum.
I mention allergy because some places in the country are already getting high pollen counts. They're predicting an especially bad year. We still have snow here.
