Alcie,
Thanks for the info. Something amazing happened this week: I got Vitamin B12 and molybdenum and was taking the one pill a day BUT I said to myself, "This 5,000 mcg of Vitamin B12 should be making me jittery. It's not, maybe I need more. So, since it's water soluble and doesn't build up in our systems, I took one at breakfast, another at lunch, and a third at supper. Still not jittery, but guess what? My mouth was barely burning! I couldn't believe it.
I got up this morning and decided to do the same thing today but I decided to have egg yolks for breakfast and put on the lipgloss that burnt my lips like fire last wee (it contains citric acid) and no burning! Amazing. I have the tiniest bit of burning - just like if Id had a drink that was too hot. I can't believe it. I was just despairing on Tuesday because this had been going on for a month and I couldn't imagine living the rest of my life like this.
I'm going to keep up the vitamin and the mineral three times a day for about
a week and see if I can lower the dosage and have the same results.
I did get epi pens. My chiropractor told me to lay off the Benadryl because you can have troubles if you take medicines regularly. Thanks for suggesting those things.
Oh and Q or Quimby is my parrot! But I have warned my daughters to watch their ingredients.
Thanks!
Debbie
