I've had chronic restriction and tightness of breath in my left lung for almost a year but no pain and wheezing.I mean,I can't breath as deeply as I should.Feels like it came from the back, near the shoulder blade.I'd went to doctor for checkup and undergone x-ray scan but no bad results i.e normal.so,I'm wondering why I feel such restriction or tightness chronically. The Doctor said it's an asthma but I don't think so as I don't have the same symptoms as what asthma sufferers have.next step we'd done was we went to my grandmother, who has adequate knowledge about
massage, and consult to her my back.she said that I have my nerve and muscles,at the back that is linked with breathing, crushed and then become hard that is caused by cool that have entered inside my body that's why I feel some restriction in my breath.I Don't think so at first but eventually I little convinced it is as she pointed to me the affected part, which is the one where I feel the restriction(near the left shoulder blade).once she massage the affected part,I feel temporarily a little ease in my breath. The affected part in my upper left back looks like a little swollen compare to the part near my right shoulder blade that is normal, without any restriction in breath.so,when it is pressed very deeply,it hurts a little..she said it is the hard and crushed nerve with cool so it's a little painful.it is severe, she said and takes a long session of massage before your feelings restore to normal because this case has been neglected for a long time. But,I couldn't been so definitely sure of this until I have scientific basis on this.how could this be true??my grandmother is not an expert but looks like there's a truth to her words.before I forgot,a day ago I noticed a small and hard but unpainful pea sized lumps along my jaw..I don't know if it is a swollen submandibular nodes.also,I noticed hard but unpainful nerve connected to my testicle..I wonder if they have links or connection to the restriction in my breath..is it so?please answer my questions and any advice or suggestions will be greatly appreciated..thanks in advance.please answer me in a basic english i.e easy to understand words..I think I'm suck in english..
