Yes I have looked up the trigger foods. I have multiple intolerances. I am pretty sure on the sulfites. I can get chest pain and an erratic heart beat for a week or more after a trigger food. It feels like it builds in the system. Corn syrup is definitely suspect. Processed food is no good. Nutritional shakes. I am getting chest pain squeezing triggering for around a week or sometimes more or less. Its cumulative. But I also I have trouble with high phenol foods giving me other symptoms, so its just hard to eat even natural vegetables and fruits. I often get pretty stuck. I even start reacting to supplements when I over do it and eat something suspected of having sulfites. It's cumulative. I am trying to stay away from additives and fillers. I had trouble after shrimp and non organic crackers a long time ago in the past.
I read that pectin is no longer sulfited. Pectin is in the non fat Dannon yogurt that I have been eating. I am getting chest pain/squeezing. but the pain didnt start until I added lactaid fast act caplets to my yogurt. (I found out I cant tolerate digesting yogurt without it after eating yogurt like 3 or 4 times, I wont try yogurt again without lactase). I think there are probably hidden sulfites in the caplets, so I ordered lactase drops without the additives. I hope its not the pectin. I really like the nonfat yogurt, its always fresh and not sour. I cant eat sour food.
After getting sick off of a nutritional shake, I start getting sick off of supplements that I didnt react to with chest pain before, so I think its probably cumulative sulfites.
