Raisins naturally contain sulfite, as do the grapes they're made from. Organic or not - no difference. It's not an additive. I substitute dried cranberries because they're not sulfited.
I can't have sunflower seed in any form because of a "true" anaphalactic allergy to sunflower seed. If the processing includes bleaching, as is often done in nuts, the bleaching agent will probably be a sulfite.
