Dust/Dust mite allergy

I've been dealing with worsening allergies for many years. I've found the allergy tests that allergists have performed on me were not acurate at all. Especially the testing for food allergies.

What has helped me the most is participating in the author and nutritionist, J.J. Virgin's diet. She recommends avoiding seven specific foods for three weeks then bringing them back one at a time to see how they affect you. It worked for me. This set me on a course to determine which foods I should avoid.

I do have dust mite issues and what happens to me is if I'm exposed to too much dust my sinus symptoms bother me more. Also, like I mentioned in a previous post, air pollution might be affecting you.

Finally, like myself, chemicals could be playing a part. I use healthier personal and cleaning products.
