Has anyone tried Xolair injections for chronic hives? I’d be interested to hear stories and outcomes.
I’ve had horrible hives for 7 months now. Ive now been getting the Xolair injection for 4 months and take 4 Allegra and 2 ranitidine per day. I still get terrible outbreaks at least a couple days a week. They are not quite as bad when I took nothing, but still not as good as I had hoped. The doctor said the Xolair takes time to work.

Brook, I don't have any information for you about that injection, but I wanted to share with you that my husband had chronic hives for at least a year. What helped him was to see a holistic internist. She put him on specific supplements and a low histimine diet. It worked! You might want to see if any of the foods that you eat are triggers.
