well kirsten22 i have severe asthma and my son has moderate asthma and we both have asthma action plans and we also both have peak flow meters. I think that anyone who has asthma should monitor it and make sure that it is under control. If your docters arent taking your asthma seriously i would tell them to just help you find out about
your attacks and your symptoms. about
your weezing...my son doesnt weez much at all but i am like constantly weezing if i exercise. I guess it just depends on how bad your asthma is. I would also always have a rescue inhaler with you even if you dont think you will have an attack...just in case.
sometimes docters can be really non-understanding about how you feel about your asthma. sometimes i would have questions and they sometiems just kind of ignore you. But i would just keep asking questions and that can always help.
also sometimes when i have an asthma attack i can feel some pain in my baack but not much at all. it might go away as you get older. That would be another thing i would ask your docter.
well i hope i have been some help and if i have missed any questions that you asked i am really sorry and just tell me and i will reply again! well good luck!
