Swollen cheek, what to do?

Hi and welcome :) Have you had any allergy testing done to see if you are allergic to anything? Is there anything different (besides the air) in your house compared to the other places? Do you live in an apartment or house? Have you checked your place for black mold?

Thank you for all of the comments and advise. I didnt know they made a DEhumidifier. I did know there was a humidifier though. Hmmm, I will definitely look into that. I do tend to sleep on my right side more, but I toss and turn all night, so I think I probably sleep on both sides equally. I try all kinds of brands of detergent, so I wouldnt think it would be that, but you never know. I woke up this morning and my cheek wasnt swollen too bad. Not too sure what has changed. This is SO confusing!

I just started having this same problem a week ago. I just moved to South Korea and find that the humidity here is making lots of changes with my body. I think that the swelling of the cheek must be mold, atleast for me. I have lived around mold before, as I am typically with little income, but It has never caused my cheek to swell. Maybe it is possible that different molds can cause different allergic reactions.

I first noticed my swollen cheek the same day i noticed that my towel had molded over night. Last night, I slept in my studio, where there is air conditioning, until 6 am and then moved to my bedroom. The swelling must have happened after the move because I did not notice it until one hour ago. (10:30 am)...

I would suggest that you get an air conditioner or a dehumidifier. If that does not work I would suggest that you relocate to a newer apartment... This is what I plan to do when I get back to the States.

p.s. mold in the States usually only causes respiratory problems for me... sometimes itchiness.

What I have found to help is to never ever use tap water. Tap water contains chlorine which when contacts the skin or is consumed, inhibits the livers ability to fight infections and remove waste from your body. Tap water also contains viruses, bacteria, and micro organism including the brain eating amoeba bacteria. This is the reason why people gain weight. You can supplement the 2 chemicals chlorine inhibits with Livatone Plus and it works unbelievably good. You will see a difference in your body within 1 day. I take 10 pills a day though and look very lean when using it. The amount it recommends is far less than what our bodies need with our constant exposure to chlorine.

Anyway, in regards to your sinuses. It's obvious there is bacteria, viruses, and micro organisms living inside your cheek or both which would be most likely. First thing you need to do is use ONLY distilled water when rinsing. Distilled water is 100% pure h2o water. Use the netipot and fill it up with the saline salt rinse and put it in the microwave for 30-40 seconds so it's warm. With about 1 inch of extra room in the netipot add a generous amount of Hydrogen peroxide (h2o2). If you didn't know what h2o2 is I can explain. H2o2 gets released by your white blood cells to fight every and all anaerobic disease, infection, or micro organism on the planet. H2o2 aids our aerobic cells which aid the health of your body and help fight along side h2o2 by making these aerobic cells stronger and healthier. H2o2 can cure any disease if used correctly including HIV and AIDS which are anaerobic cells. It can also destroy Cancer cells. H2o2 is water plus an oxygen molecule. Oxygen is the key to life and without it we parish. Our white bloods can only release so much and with chlorine restricting our livers ability to produce more white blood cells and h2o2 you need to supplement it. What I do is set my head on it's side over the sink and let the water run into the maxillary sinus by rotating my head back so it doesn't drain out. The h2o2 will be hard at work inside your maxillary sinus killing every single anaerobic cell. The h2o2 will not stop there once it hits the blood stream it'll be carried first to your liver and then pumped into the heart through out your entire body. Aiding white blood cells in every part of the body. H2o2 is chemically devastating and is very potent anaerobic cell killer. Do that on both sides and try to stay there on your side with the water/h2o2/saline salt in your sinuses so it can foam up and kill the infection. Believe it will ***** slap what's going on in your sinus literally. Your going to feel it and it'll sting and your eyes will water up but trust me you'll be super happy and feel unbelievably good 30 minutes later. In regards to allergies, histamine is your bodies cells reacting to a foreign invader. Obviously our body can't do crap about it so instead we swell to prevent it from spreading. On top of the that our white blood cells h2o2 output is super weak no matter how healthy u think you are. You need to supplement the h2o2 in the netipot. You can clean every single passage in your face by tilting your head in the direction to allow gravity to pull the distilled water/h2o2/and saline salt into the sinus. Later you will be better than you have ever felt. Another thing about ilness and what not is, once you start supplementing h2o2 you can never get sick again for the rest of your life. It's impossible to get sick when h2o2 is supplemented for your white blood cells to fight anything and everything. You can also ingest h2o2 which has an even more devastating effect on your health in a positive respect. I had mouth cancer which was growing fast and my ENT said I'm pretty much screwed. It was a large white crater on the top of my mouth. I used q-tips and h2o2 probably 5 times a day. Guess what, it went away! I have been ingesting h2o2 for about 3 years and have not been sick not even once. You literally can't get sick. I hate when people say they're sick these days. They just don't know! I use 3% h2o2 not the food grade stuff since it's extremely dangerous and very expensive. You can get 3% anyway for less than $1. Ingesting it will rid you of strep throat, or the common cold or night. I put 1 cap full in a full glass of anything I want and it does magical things for the body. Just for your information if too much is ingested say 10 cap fulls you could die, but I'd say more like 15-20 and you will die. So, be smart and don't mess around! Too much oxygen is not good for the body just like too much of anything isn't good. 1 cap full say 3 times a day if you have cancer or are very very sick and may die. You will get better as fast as a speeding bullet! I have witnessed it a number of times on myself. Also, never ever take Anti-biotics! That kills all the cells in the body including our good cells which devastates our immune system. Stick with h2o2 when infection is to be expected. I just had my ENT open my right maxillary and left since my right cheek is poofy. So far things are amazing! the h2o2 is the key to my success though. Surgery alone won't do much, it just opens up the drain so then the h2o2 can get in there real easy. H2o2 is a form of Pro-Biotics which means for life. Anti-biotics is against life. I hope this helps you because it helped me so much with my sinus issues. Another thing is as soon as you rinse blow out the nostril right away. If you can hold it in, you will benefit from extended support of the h2o2.
