My pulmonologist prescribed singulair for my allergies. I also have asthma and take symbicort and use albuterol for rescue. I also have a standing prescript
ion for prednisone when I get bad - can't breathe. I know many of you take singulair and I would like to know what your experiences are with it. Is this a med you like and does it help you? What kind of side effects do you get? The bad week I have been having is going away and I am not needing my albuterol. But I take so many meds for different things that I am afraid to add anything else. Please reply and let me know if singulair is a good med for you or if you also don't like it and why. My dr. says some people think it's great and others say it does nothing for them. He gave me samples to see how I like it and if I do i'll get a prescript
ion. Please reply as I am afraid to take this without knowing from those of you who do use and like this med. Thanks for any replies. I understand it is good for people with both allergies and asthma.
