Ok ok, hold on *runs to the astma stash paperwork and comes back*
Please blame my neurologist on this...
"Obtaining a HEPA Filter (these can be purchased for about $100 at fred meyer Home and Garden Center or Costco; and also over the internet, with the Honeywell brand filters) is quite helpful." is on my asthma paperwork.
Sooo I guess you want a hepa with honeywell filters.
Place the filter next to your bed and leave running through evenings.
"Other issues are to make sure there is no blowing air filled with fungus comeing through your plug-ins or around windows."
"Cleaning the vents may be an option as well as there is a significant amount of lint in them."
Thats what my doctor says...
