Need help with my allergies please.

about two months ago I got the cold from hell I swear Lucifer himself ejected me with it darn douche bag, but any way I had it for a good ten days and finally beat it but it’s been a month and a half that I wake up with a bloody nose and my nose is running in the morning.   I wake up like clockwork to blow my nose at like 5am everyday it’s starting to drive me crazy!   I don’t know what to do someone please help I’m losing my mind, life has become so uncomfortable.   I’m all about my health too which is why I’m going crazy I eat all the right things and exercise an hour a day but can’t shake these allergies or whatever I have any help will be grateful.    Post Edited (machmezie) : 4/12/2010 3:27:13 PM (GMT-6)

It might help to take a decongestent too. Clariten D 24 hours is a good place to start. But it has to be taken in the morning because it revs up the heart which in turn can make sleeping difficult if taken at night. However, before you start on any allergy meds it's best to be seen by a doctor. If it was just a runny nose, taking a decongestent should be fine but it may aggravate a bloody nose. Allergies are miserable and you are definately not alone!
