Since immunotherapy seems to be successful (for some) there seems to be at least some truth to the fact that our bodies acclimate to pollen.
So... with this in mind... I've managed to stay indoors for 2 months, going out during the rain or at night, and, honestly, although I haven't had any attacks, I'm not sure I can do this for the remaining 2 months of the tree pollen season.
Normally, when I do go outside early in the season and suffer the consequences, by about now (middle of June), most of the symptoms are pretty cleared up. I'm not sure if it's acclimation, though, or if I'm more sensitive to trees that pollinated early.
What does everyone think? Am I back to square one or did I dodge a bullet?
