Wheezing from open windows

I've been having a lot of allergy problems this spring, then caught a cold. You know how that goes. So today, I came in from the gym and it was hot in the house so I opened up some windows. Yay, fresh spring air! Really? Wouldn't you think a grown woman with asthma would know better. Sure enough, I shortly was feeling like I couldn't breathe at all. Fortunately my rescue inhaler (which I hadn't had to use for over a year) still worked.

Sometimes I think the older I get, the stupider I get!

And I love open windows so much! Now I just have to remember to ask my doc for a refill prescription for the inhaler next time I see him.

Air is the best for breathing but not when there is lots of allergens out there. I do not think you are stupid. It is really hard to do things that are counter intuitive.
