Has anyone ever thought about using natural methods for health problems?

I recently was introduced to a company that was founded in Japan about 30 years ago. They came up with this technology called mag therapy. I was having an asthma attack and my friend placed this thing called a mag pro on my chest and gave me some water called pi mag. After one minute my wheezing and breathing was so much better. I have struggled with asthma since I was 12 and I am now 29. After all the steroids and other meds I have other problems with my body like bad knees and other things.

 I also tried this therapy on my son who has had to be hospitialized for attacks before. He was so amazed that for once he didn't need to use his albuturol. I had a really positive experience with this mag therapy. It also helps with many other health problems like severe pain anywhere in the body and so much more. I know that once you try it you just may be amazed. Its just so wonderful to have found something else to help my breathing problems and migraines. I hope this can be of help to someone else. I usually post to anxiety/depression sometimes bipolar, as I have been diagnosed with all of the above at some point. I have always had allergies as well.  I saw your thread and coud not help stopping in.  I am currently not on any meds for the above dis-eases, tried them all and none worked or made me sicker or made me broke.  A few months ago someone told me about a website called DoctorYourself.com.  Sounds quacky I know, but they are not selling anything, it is an educational alternative med site.  I have put into practice some of the vitamin therapies as well as cleaning up my diet and cutting out caffeine.  I mut say that I feel better than I have in years, I am sleeping well again, I do not have to take allergy meds at all and overall health is greatly improved.

Hope someone else finds some info. that will help them on their path to wellness.
