asthma or not???

I'm 20 years old, female.
Last month I just noticed i always take deep and short breaths, after that i've had a cough, dry cough for almost a month now. my back is in pain at night but disaaper during day. my cough is worse at night especially when i'm lying down. Last week, i got cold which makes my cough worst and productive. sometimes when i breath through my nose or mouth there is a whistling sound,and sometimes when i cough it is like a high-pitched sound. i have bronchitis when i was a baby and stayed on the hospital for almost a month, when i was in secondary/high school my dra. said i have sinusitis.

I went to doctor for a check-up last Tuesday. Just want to correct my post above... I don't have bronchitis it was asthma..
My doctor told me to drink 9-10 glasses of water each day. I have also given med: ebasthine + betamethasone (co-aleva) and procaterol hydrochloride (Meptin).
For what are those med??? My doctor never explain what are those for…
