It sounds as if it may be a combination of things, Arella, but we aren't doctors so we can't diagnose. We can tell you, however, what we've experienced in similar situations.
By the way, welcome to the Allergies & Asthma Forum.
Because the discomfort is just above your collar bone, it sounds as if it might be a problem with your thyroid gland. I'd ask my doctor to check it out for me when you see him on Monday. The swelling may be inflammation there or you may even have a goiter beginning if the problem has been ongoing for some time. Fatigue symptoms are one signal of thyroid problems, so are weight gain or loss recently that are unaccounted for. But, then, allergies can be a cause of fatigue, too.
The fever may be related to the thyroid gland or to the lymph nodes swelling. It looks to me as if you're having some allergy problems but no infection from them unless the mucus has a color to it. Your lymph nodes are often involved in allergies, so that's the combination possibility that I can see from what you've described.
Your doctor Monday will clear things up for you, I feel sure.
Don't worry, please; just take care of the allergies.
