I've been tested for loads of things and i'm highly allergic to two types of dust mite. Test measures antibody level out of 300 and I got >300 for both. Thing is antihistamines, sinus rinse and steroid spray havent worked whatsoever. Ive also used dust proof bedding and a hepa air filter and dust avoidance. I have constant symptoms of blocked nose, sinus pressure near the top of the nose, fatigue and irritability. My CAT scan was negative and mucus is clear so I dont think its a sinus infection, yet can't understand why the above measures havent helped me with my symptoms, is it possible for severe airborne allergies such as mine to cause chronic nasal inflammation and feelings of lethargy etc? This has been constant for nearly 5 months now and can't remember what it is like to feel healthy and normal rather than this bizzare foggy feeling. A lot of family and friends can't understand how allergies can make me feel like this but I don't know
. Would sublingual immunotherapy help me or is it possible that it could make me even more sick through additional exposure??
