please its a problem I cant sleep because I keep waking up with attacks every five minutes my inhaler and nebulizer arent working please give me tips on sleeping I've alsi tried benadrill I still wake up I've also tried elevating my back dosent work im going to the ER in the morning but I want to slerp befor I get there

Acid reflux can also cause asthma attacks that occur at night while you are trying to sleep... might consider trying DGL (from a health food store), as that can strengthen the lower esophagus so you don't get reflux.
