Hi - I've had asthma since I was a teenager, and up until the last couple of years was still able to play competitive sports, aggressive cardio workouts and pretty much whatever I wanted to do.
Currently I am not able to do any level of cardio beyond "fast walking" and have been working with my PCP on what to do about this. I do use an Albuterol inhaler as a rescue and prior to any strenuous activity, but again suddenly that's not enough. I've gone down the route of controller meds including symbicort, spiriva and advair which did nothing.
After my recent annual physical my PCP consulted with a pulmonologist that suggested Dulera as a controller med so I've just started that - and hence my post - does anyone have any experience using Dulera? Any insight to personal experience in terms of effectiveness, SE's and so on would be very much appreciated.
