Anyone have have a problem with Asthma and hyperventilation if so how do you prevent it (hyperventilation)? I haven't learned how to control it and it is driving me nuts.
Thanks for the help

Is your Asthma well controlled? If not, that may contribute to hyperventilating.
Also, there are some breathing techniques that may help. A respiratory therapist or pulmonologist may know about
these.

Thanks for the reply Razzle. Asthma and Hyperventilation is new to me. I was diagnosed last August (2012) with Asthma and have been on steroids several times since and as long as i am on those things i seem to do all right. Hyperventilation was suggested to me by a nurse when i was in the Hospital recently and she witnessed the attack i was having.
Thanks again for the help
