Hi everyone,
I just want to ask, I have asthma when I was little. It's really mild that I don't even need any inhaler, medication or whatsoever. I just did a check up with my lung doctor, because I have shortness of breath lately but he said I don't have anything. My lung is perfectly fine and I'm asthma-free. He said I have shortness of breath caused by stress.
I'm just wondering will my asthma come back ?? Whenever I laugh a little too long, I'll start having a coughing fit and it's kinda phlegmy too.
Is that normal ? Because I seem to be the only one whenever I laugh too long, I would cough and it's not fun. It starts hurting my throat and then draws a lot of oxygen out of my lungs and once that happens, my lungs start to hurt.
What can I do to stop it ?? And I'm really curious whether my asthma would come back in the future and becomes worse.
And if you're wondering, I'm 13 years old and a girl.
Thanks for reading!!
