when im about to fall asleep i stop breathing is this have to do with asthma or anxitey disorder i have

Asthma doesn't make you stop breathing. I don't know if anxiety will do that to you, but asthma will not.

Sleep apnea will do it. Tell your doctor you want to be checked out for it.

Do you have reflux problems? This happens to me when my reflux gets bad....it's terrible. It kept me up many nights lately. What I found that worked the best was benadryl to knock me out.
