Hi Ang,
I would think a more detailed food and beverage test is in order. In the mean while, why not get a binder and paper or a notepad and write down Everything: time, date, what you eat, what you drink, time of anaphylaxis, what you did. It could be a chemical within the foods. Ie: I am allergic to asprin. Not many know this, but a lot of fruits, veggies, teas have the natural form of asprin in it. My body can normally fight off the allergic reaction, unless I am ailing underweather. If I eat tomatoes, cucumbers, berries (all types), lots of fruits and veggies while ailing I break out head to toe hives. I always make sure to have my epi and benedryl in my purse at all times. I do know a kid who happens to be allergic to red dye 40 and yellow dye in foods too. Have you tried organic? Have you been checked for the soy bean oil? Can you ask your dr to see if you can take benedryl before eating to help ward off allergic reactions while you are out eating? Could your allergy be MSG? Also, I have noticed throughout the years, different companies of foods list the ingredients different ways ie: chemical compound name, generic name, so on.
