Are these allergy symptoms?

Hi. New to posting here. I was diagnosed with a plethora of allergies following a sudden onset of symptoms which included stiff, painful joints, shooting pains in muscles, generalized stiffness - especially neck/shoulder area, shortness of breath, mildly swollen lymphs in neck, headaches that would not be relieved with ibuprofen or Tyelenol, horrible brain fog, heart palpitations, heart pounding, rushing sounds in head/ears. Is this normal when you have allergies/asthma? Also, is it normal to have asthma and not wheeze or cough?
