Hey, i've just read everything on the internet related to experiences of Cholinergic Urticaria, but i couldn't find a clear way out
So, i'm 19 and i've been experiencing itches for about 3 years. Back then it was only mild hair and face itchyness when having Spicy food like some pizzas and when doing some intensive exercise in P.E
It all aggravated when i moved to college and stopped having P.E. I stopped practising any kind of sport or physical activity rather than walking.
I'm very slim though. I think i have a balanced diet, having like pizza on fridays and a hamburguer on saturdays and i'm not allergic to any food or any substance that i'm aware of.
Symptoms are like you all know, i go out from home, and when i get into the classroom, all heated up, seems like my body retains the heat from the coat, i don't sweat and i break into a very itchy and embarrasing allergic reaction. I get little pin points on my wrists and chest and back along redness.
I went to the doctor and told me that she have had patients with that condition and she just prescribed some antihistamines, which i didn't even bother taking.
The thing is, that during summer, after some very strong reactions during the last days of May when temps rise, seems like i start sweating again, normally, and i don't get any hives until the cold comes again, around September.
I have tried many times exercising, indoor, i just couldn't stand getting the allergic reaction while riding a bike or jogging, and it ends up in a pointless attemp of getting strong reaction in 5 mins, and a very fast heart rate along shiverings if i try to keep on with the hives going on.
Any help would be really appreciated.
Thanks
