I will try to make this brief...
I am diagnosed with Rheumatoid Arthritis. Have been for 15 years.
Recently, I had a severe abdominal reaction, centered in my small intestine
Doctor put me on a liquid diet. Told me to stay away from gluten and dairy (they think it might be Celiacs, not confirmed yet). I was cleared to incorporate food back in 3 weeks ago, I was on the liquid diet for 3 weeks as well. Immediately I noticed reactions to other foods. Peanuts, chicken, red meat, sausage, bananas cause mild to mo4derate allergic reactions, and meat also makes my muscles very sore, and my bones. And everything remotely acidic gives me heartburn. Except for the heartburn, the rest seem like allergies. My lips tingle and burn, my eyes water, my throat itches, and I get really itchy. If I eat only rice, lentils, potato and select veggies, I am fine. Eggs make me gassy, but other than that are fine. And fish seems okay, too. Is it possible that I am suddenly allergic to everything? And should I avoid eggs and tree nuts? I havent tried any tree nuts. Thanks for any advice!
