I'll keep this short - for months I felt terrible. Nothing helped! I decided to change my diet for a bit and discovered every time I had any meat (red, poultry, fish, etc.), even a small amount, the next day I woke up feeling bad with what looks like an eye infection. Has anyone else had a similar experience? My doctor is stumped.

A bit odd, but does happen. Check out this
allergy
site.
What I find most odd is that it's all types of meat.

yea it was random and sudden. ive never had a problem before eating meat, but this year has been a reaction to everything i've tried so far. it also seems weird that its always the next morning that i feel the effects. the eye infection part is not fun..especially going to work looking like that!

Apparently, there is a tick borne virus that can cause allergies and hives to meat. I can't remember the name, but if you google it, you will find that there are now tests for it available. I would seriously consider ruling that out
