Problems with Sunscreen/Sunblock

I have extremely sensitive skin from the get go, and I've been on a search for a sunscreen I can wear daily without turning my skin bright red and getting itchy.

So paba doesn't work. And I tried one from Kiehls for sensitive skin,....nope. My current is Laroche-Posay, the Athelios line. This is top-notch stuff (since I burnt through, kind of literally, the pharmacy brand stuff).

I'm at a loss.

Short of smearing zinc oxide all over my face/neck/chest?
