I must have picked up another buggie. I feel like a virus magnet. This time it has not been respiratory but gastrointestinal.

Have been taking gas x and pro-biotics. Feel beat.

I don't know how to help you. I get pretty beat when I get a virus too. Gas-x and probiotics don't help me much.

I am so grateful it has not become respiratory. That's the big slide. Have been keeping air on all night as it is hot and humid here. I live near a river (the Hudson) and it gets muggola here. No sea breeze.

Yes, but I am afraid to eat anything "complicated". I've lost my appetite which is probably good because I am overweight. Feel drained from it and other health problems.

Thought I was just "down" on 9/11 very tired and slept a lot. Friday a tad better but did not feel like eating much. Saturday I had very loose bowels and took pepto bismo. HAVE TO GO TO PAIN MANAGEMENT AGAIN ON MONDAY. feel just awful...sick of it all.

Well yesterday more gastro problems and now breathing is not so great. Had diaherria yesterday and gas problems today. Also felt nauseous. Maybe breathing will not slide down a lot.


It is so hard to cope when you can not breath well.
