Allergic to sulphites

I have been tested and found that I am allergic to sulphites. This is in our water in the city. Sold my house and moved to the country and now on well water. I could not take a shower before because of the reaction I got from water touching me.
I am able to find lots of what not to eat but not on what to eat?
They are now wondering if I have something called "heat agglutination" WOW my husband and I are trying to figure this out and can not seem to understand what we are reading and how to deal with this.
Any help would be very much appreciated.
